Open a Dispute

Disputes must be opened within 7 days of purchase. Our team reviews within 24 hours and responds via Discord.

Server events are not covered: Griefing, rollbacks, bans, and resets that occur after purchase are outside our control and not grounds for a full refund. However, if the base was already griefed at time of sale, that is covered.

Coordinates must match: If coordinates are wrong or the base doesn't exist at the location, you are entitled to a full refund.
